Ministry Coaching for Kids and Student Pastors
“Everyone does better with a coach.” I learned that is true. A few years ago I chose not to attend any conferences and instead, invested in my personal growth by joining a coaching program. It changed everything for me. It challenged about who I am, how I organize myself and how lead my ministry.
The only regret I had, was that I had not chosen to make this investment sooner. It was also during this time that God showed me that it was time for me to share what I have learned and experienced. It is my wish to help you dig deeper, look wider and climb higher as a follower of Christ and as a leader.
So what can you expect from me as a coach?
*Start with a deep look into who God wired you to be. Using a professional assessment tool, we will understand common tendencies and how those effect everything you do. We’ll also provide and assessment your direct report to see who the two of you can better communicate and work together.
*Analyze your current needs for growth and begin to develop a step by step plan to work on these areas, while creating some accountability and boundaries to aid in your growth.
*In our personalized calls, I will also invite some other Kidmin leaders to join our time to speak into your situation and help in bringing more perspective and wisdom to achieve greater growth.
Everything I do will aim at helping you develop as a leader so that you can see God’s fullest blessings on your ministry. It would be my honor to assist you. I would love the opportunity to talk with you to see if I’d be a good fit for your growth.

MASTER MIND GROUPS for Ministry Leaders, Volunteers and anyone else who wants to improve their serve!
Mastermind groups are a group of leaders who serve and desire to grow their leadership by interacting with other leaders. They meet monthly do discuss, share ideas, exchange new resources, give and offer accountability and our group will be working together to produce a “product” that will help them in their ministry. We will also be joined by some top-tier Kidmin Leaders who will speak into our discussions as well as provide advice to the group project.
If you’d like more details message me. Groups will begin in Mid-Sept and meet for 6 months (one time a month for 1 1/2hrs) There will also be a private FB group for further interactions and growth. I’m offering two groups, one that will meet during the day and one in the evening hours for those who are bi-vocational or serve as volunteers.
There is a financial investment and some limited scholarships are available.
