Orange Tour is for teams! For many churches, heading to Atlanta and to Orange Conference is just an impossible financial dream. I understand there have been many times I wanted to take my team but it would not be good stewardship of the resources I had to manage to take them. But, instead of getting frustrated by going alone and coming back filled with dreams and desires to change and having a team who couldn’t understand that passion. I planned and prepared to take my team to Orange Tour.

Orange tour is a great option for teams. Why? For several reasons:

First, No long expensive travel or nights in hotels. OT19 is a one- day stop where you get the key portions of the Orange conference. You also have the opportunity to come the evening before and have your volunteer team pumped up even more!

Secondly, by bringing your team to OT19 you help them unify around a single vision that will move your further faster together as a team. It’s so much easier for a leader to move a team when they all are walking in the same direction.

I love Orange Tour as it rekindles the thoughts I encountered and have been processing since Orange conference. It allows me to connect with regional leaders who I can network with and strengthen my ministry.

If you’ve ever considered Orange Tour, I encourage you to check it out and if you have any questions about attending, message me, I’d be happy to share more about what you can expect and why you should bring your team!
